Chicken Tetrazzini with Walt Garrison Rub
4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 TBSP butter
6 TBSP flour
1 quart chicken broth
1/2 lb grated cheddar
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked according to directions (do not overcook)
1 cup chopped celery
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms or 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tsp. Walt Garrison Rub
Cook and bone chicken.
In a large skillet, brown onion and celery in butter. Add mushrooms, flour and mix. Add broth to make a thin gravy.
In a large mixing bowl, gently mix Walt Garrison Rub, cheese, chicken and spaghetti.
Add ingredients from skillet, folding gently to mix.
Transfer to baking dish and bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
